Dear Tim and Kathy, I just wanted to express to you how happy I am to finally be doing this. I have thought about this for a long time and your new studio came about at the perfect time. Steve is great to work with. I really have a good time with him. You can kid around with him and have so much fun. He is such a professional and so encouraging. I admire him for wanting to work with older clients and make them feel comfortable instead of awkward. I leave my session with a feeling of accomplishment and look forward to the next session. This is not a chore, it is fun. Thanks again.
Dear Tim and Kathy, 12 weeks, 15 pounds, 2 inches off my waist, and increased energy... That's what Longevity helped me do! Exercises are tailored to my abilities and Steve keeps me motivated. Best investment I've made for myself in a very long time. Way to go Steve!
