Who We AreLongevity is a personal fitness studio that is dedicated to individuals 50 years of age and older. Our purpose is to improve our clients cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance in order to help them lead a fulfilling active lifestyle.

Our workouts are 45 minutes in length. Our trainers instruct our clients through each workout every step of the way. To insure quality, clients will work with the same trainer every session.
Here at Longevity we understand that the 50+ population requires special attention when dealing with exercise. Our workouts are sensitive to the needs of our clients. There is no lifting of heavy weights or stressful pounding of the joints in our programs. We use functional movements with the help of tools such as dumbbells, medicine balls, physioballs, exercise bands, and steps, just to name a few. The result is our clients find themselves feeling healthier with less aches and pains.
RatesMemberships are on a month to month basis.
No enrollment or extra fees.
2 days per week $225/month.
3 days per week $350/month.
Meet our Lead Trainer
PT Steven May CPT ACSM
Steve is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. During his time there he had the opportunity to gain three years of experience in the personal training field. After completing his studies he received his personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Steve continued his career as the Lead Trainer at Believe It to Achieve It, a facility in Chambersburg PA. He has now been brought on as Lead Trainer at Longevity and is excited to be a part of this milestone in adult fitness.
Meet the Owners
PT Kathy Goodman Montgomery NASM MEd
Kathy is a graduate of Central Dauphin HS. She graduated with Honors and was the captain of their Nationally Ranked Tennis Team at Elizabethtown College. She continued her education at Penn State where she received a Masters Degree in Training and Development. Kathy returned to Elizabethtown College as an adjunct professor and Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach. She owned and operated Hershey Tennis Academy for 25 years and established Wheel Of Life, a personal fitness and wellness company, in 2006. Kathy is certified through NASM as a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise. Kathy has enjoyed providing fitness programming for over 30 years to every age and ability.
PT Tim Pollock BS MSES
Tim is a 1994 Graduate of Hershey High School and a 1998 Grad of East Stroudsburg University. He earned a Degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Adult Fitness. After graduating from college, Tim worked in the physical therapy field at Joyner Sports Medicine Institute. In 2000 he opened Tim’s Personal Training and since has trained over 800 people.
